Designed for wildlife photographers and nature enthusiasts, this tour offers exceptional opportunities to photograph Nepal's iconic big mammals, including the elusive Royal Bengal Tiger, Leopard, One-horned Rhinoceros, Wild Elephant, Sloth Bear, and Striped Hyena. Alongside these incredible mammals, Bardiya's diverse habitats are home to hundreds of bird species, making it one of Nepal's premier wildlife photography destinations.

Note: Prices are based on a minimum of two participants and may vary depending on group size.
- Flight: 55 minutes - Drive: Nepalgunj → Thakurdwara (95 km | 2.5 hrs) Fly from Kathmandu to Nepalgunj before driving to Thakurdwara, the gateway to Bardiya National Park. After checking into your lodge, enjoy a short evening walk around the nearby Hattisar (Elephant Camp), where excellent bird photography opportunities await. Possible sightings include colorful Green Bee-eaters, Chestnut-tailed Starlings, various Woodpeckers, Rollers, and other woodland birds. Overnight at a wildlife lodge.
Spend the entire day exploring the remote wilderness of Bardiya National Park on a guided jeep safari. The park offers one of the best chances in Nepal to photograph the elusive Royal Bengal Tiger and Leopard. Other mammals commonly encountered include Swamp Deer, Hog Deer, Spotted Deer, and Wild Boar. Birdlife is equally rewarding, with opportunities to photograph Great Hornbill, Owls, Eagles, Hawks, and other impressive raptors. Overnight at the lodge.
Another full day is dedicated to searching for Bardiya's remarkable wildlife. Continue tracking Tigers while keeping an eye out for Wild Asian Elephants, One-horned Rhinoceros, and other large mammals. Along rivers and wetlands, photographers may capture Kingfishers, Great Cormorants, Black-headed Ibis, Storks, and a variety of waterbirds. Overnight at the lodge.
Begin the morning with a guided jungle walk, offering intimate opportunities to photograph wildlife from ground level. Possible sightings include Sloth Bear, Striped Hyena, Nilgai (Blue Bull), and a variety of woodland birds such as Woodpeckers, Green Pigeons, Bulbuls, and Minivets. After lunch, drive to Dalla Community Forest, a renowned wildlife corridor that offers another excellent opportunity to photograph the elusive Royal Bengal Tiger and other wildlife. Overnight at the lodge.
After breakfast, drive back to Nepalgunj Airport for your flight to Kathmandu. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel and enjoy the remainder of the day at your leisure. Overnight in Kathmandu.
